up good people?\n\nThis is your host, Neil Real, and this is the Apostate Apple broadcast.\n\nToday we're talking about how to know if you or someone you know is sexually repressed.\n\nThis is going to be kind of an extensive overview of sexual repression, the origins, some ideas that people have, the physical and emotional issues that you can see in somebody or yourself, the feelings that you have and some of your actions.\n\nAnd then the next episode we'll talk about how to overcome sexual repression.\n\nLet's get right into it.\n\nBut before we do, let's define repression or repress.\n\nThis means to hold back or prevent by an act of volition, to put down or subdue by force, to end, limit or restrain as by intimidation or other action.\n\nSo when it comes to sex, this is what's happening to your sexuality.\n\nSexuality is energy.\n\nAnd sexuality does not start at intercourse.\n\nIt starts well before then.\n\nSo it's the desire to have sex.\n\nIt's the attraction to someone.\n\nIt's the flirting process, it's touching, it's how you dress, it's how you carry yourself.\n\nAll of this has to do with sex.\n\nIt's all connected to sex.\n\nSo what are the origins of sexual repression?\n\nWell, outside of religion that we already talked about, another way you could become sexually repressed is through sexual trauma, okay?\n\nRape, molestation.\n\nAnother way sexual oppression can be caused is through harsh social education designed to prevent pregnancy and diseases.\n\nSo in some cases, schools will bring in somebody to scare the students into being more mindful of their sexual activities.\n\nAnd in some cases, those stories that they tell could lead the child to be repressed because you're like, wow, oh my God, I'm going to catch this and I'm going to die or I'm going to be pregnant and nobody's going to take care of me.\n\nI'm going to be with this baby or something.\n\nThat's really harsh.\n\nNow, most of the time they don't go that far.\n\nBut in some cases if you got the wrong person, they could go too far and that child could take it a certain way to where they become sexually depressed.\n\nAnother way is through perverted gender roles.\n\nAnd this is kind of linked to religion because they teach this.\n\nSo women are taught that they are to trade their sex, their vaginas, of vaginal access for protection and provision.\n\nBut they're not allowed to enjoy sex unless they be considered a w****.\n\nThere's this thing within Christianity, and sometimes even in Islam where that's the case and that's how women think.\n\nNow in response to that programming, the men believe that the woman's body is for them and her pleasure doesn't matter.\n\nOkay?\n\nSo he can just go in there, jack, hammer the p****, have o***** and get out and leave and think nothing of her pleasure at all.\n\nAnd this is happening a lot.\n\nAnd these ideas are not even just in religion.\n\nThey can be spread to the secular world as well.\n\nAnd they don't understand where this came from.\n\nAnd it came from the Church.\n\nUsually at one point, the Church, the Catholic Church, had a grip on the world.\n\nThey ran the world.\n\nAnd so with these perverted gender roles and this view of sex, where a woman just is allowing her body to be used in exchange for protection and provision, and the man does not care about her pleasure, another way somebody could become sexually oppressed is repeated bad, consensual sex.\n\nSo they say to themselves, well, why should I have sex if it's going to be this way, if it's only going to be a three minute thing?\n\nI may feel pleasure, I may not, I may feel pain.\n\nWhy indulge myself in this?\n\nThis is usually happening for women, but men can get to this place as well.\n\nAnd this could be linked to perverted gender roles, where in the case of women, these men that they're dealing with all have this view that her pleasure doesn't matter and she doesn't know that she should feel good.\n\nAnd so she's just approaching sex with the urge to do it.\n\nBut every time she does it, it's just experience, it's just not that exciting.\n\nAnd so her subconscious begins to get programmed and then it says, well, why have sex?\n\nLet's not even have sex at any point in time.\n\nWhere she does come across a man who actually is going to give her some pleasure, she may be resistant because she's thinking it's going to be the same way and she may not be open to receive that.\n\nAnd this is all coming from sexual repression.\n\nSo here are some of the ideas people have that indicate the presence of sexual repression.\n\nThey criticize certain sex acts and positions.\n\nSo oral sex, a*** sex, teddy f****** cow girl position and real barrel doggy style, froggy style.\n\nAny one of these sexual positions out there in sex acts, bondage, they'll talk bad about it, look at it and call it nasty.\n\nIf anybody's saying something like that, they could be sexually depressed.\n\nIf they think swinging and polygamy is immoral, they're sexually depressed.\n\nThose are just more ways people are having sex.\n\nA married couple may share their partner with somebody else for a time on the weekends and they swap partners or whatever.\n\nPolygamy is having multiple wives in some cases, or multiple husbands, or having an open relationship.\n\nAnybody is looking at that and saying that that's immoral is sexually repressed because they have a viewpoint that's limited.\n\nYou can only have sex with one person at one time and then who are you to say that?\n\nAnd another indication is they think homosexuality is immoral.\n\nSo anybody that thinks that has some form of sexual repression.\n\nAnother one, they think a woman who has lots of sex with different men is immoral.\n\nThis comes from the church.\n\nOnce again, I talked about the horror Madonna complex, how they vilified women who love sex and have a lot of sex and with different men.\n\nWhy does it bother you that she's having a lot of sex?\n\nBecause the church taught you that some women think that they are not valuable because they are not virgins or have a quote unquote high body count, which leads to low self esteem.\n\nAnd so, once again, this comes from the church.\n\nThe church teaches women that they should be virgins until marriage.\n\nAnd women who are not virgins are considered tainted.\n\nAnd so for women that buy into that and really accept and believe that they walk around with a low self esteem, they don't see themselves as valuable.\n\nAnd it's an unfortunate sign of sexual repression.\n\nWell, it's linked to sexual repression.\n\nAnother thing is they think a woman or a man who dresses sexy is immoral.\n\nSo this has often happened in the church.\n\nSome girl comes into church and she may have a short skirt on or her back may be out.\n\nHere comes some church mother scolding her.\n\nReally envy in my estimate, baby, you need to close that up.\n\nWhat you're doing?\n\nYour legs are all out.\n\nThis is thought.\n\nThis is not the place.\n\nThis ain't no club now, baby, that's a form of sexual repression.\n\nAnd she thinks that some level of skin, sean, this is wrong.\n\nAnd so here she is scolding this young girl.\n\nAnother thing is that they think their body is unattractive or unworthy of sex.\n\nSo this can happen to you if you're very sexually depressed because the body is sexual and the body, it broadcasts sex.\n\nFor somebody to look at their own bodies and says, I'm not worthy of sex, that's sexual oppression.\n\nAnd I know that somebody listening to this will say, well, no, there's people who really need to get in shape.\n\nAnd I would even counter that.\n\nIf you go to Instagram, there are women who are overweight, who look like Jabba the Hutt from Star Wars, with tattoos all over their body, with thousands of followers and men lusting in the comment section, okay?\n\nYou can pretty much look any kind of way as long as you sexually confident and you say, I'm sexy, and you really believe it and mean it from your core, you will attract people and people will be genuinely aroused by you and sexually attracted to you.\n\nHere are some physical and emotional issues that could be linked to sexual repression.\n\nChronic tension in your body.\n\nSo in your neck, shoulder, hips or back pain.\n\nThis is a result of carrying too much sexual energy and you haven't released it.\n\nOkay?\n\nSex is energy.\n\nYou need to have an o*****.\n\nYou need to have sex.\n\nYou need to express your sexuality.\n\nAnother thing, nervousness and irritability.\n\nWe've heard people make jokes about people who are irritable and somebody you just need to get laid, man.\n\nI mean, why are you always upset?\n\nBut that's a real thing and it's called hysteria.\n\nAnd this was something that was happening in the Victoria era, particularly amongst Katrick women.\n\nI remember reading about this when I was studying sexual repression and how the women were just tripping out.\n\nThey're nervous, they irritable, as they said, exaggerated emotions, erratic behavior.\n\nAnd it was all due to them not having sex.\n\nThese young women were not having sex and so they were spazzing out, losing themselves, just going crazy, basically.\n\nAnd it's because they had not had any access to sex, they were repressed deeply.\n\nAggression.\n\nWe know this as well.\n\nYou can become very angry because you're not having sex.\n\nSo anger and its unfortunate siblings, which is violence and rage and all that other negativity in some cases can be due to sexual repression.\n\nSo we can see how strict religions, like particularly Islam in some cases, has a large occurrence of rape and assault.\n\nI'm talking about certain sex.\n\nI'm not knocking the whole religion.\n\nBut there are certain sex that may be involved in that because of straight up they can't have sex.\n\nAnd so it's coming out some other kind of way.\n\nSo in your life, if you feel like you got a lot of aggression that keep manifesting, perhaps you're overly judgmental of people and argumentative or short tempered.\n\nThis could be linked to sexual oppression.\n\nErotic dreams.\n\nThis is a big one.\n\nThis almost always happens to people out of nowhere.\n\nYou just have an erotic dream which could lead to a wet dream where you end up ejaculating in your dream, or what they call a nocturnal emission.\n\nNocturnal remissions are simply the result of not having sex, right?\n\nSo the body has to release that semen and so it formulates creates some type of a scenario in your mind while you're sleeping.\n\nAnd that's because you're not having sex.\n\nYou're not releasing sexual energy.\n\nSo you end up waking up with a messy bed because of this.\n\nSome people refer to this as demon sex or demons are coming into my bedroom and incubus and succubus.\n\nYou've heard this in the religious sectors where there are creatures that are enticing people to have sex in their dreams or they're visiting them at night.\n\nI don't even think those things are actually real.\n\nI think that's something that Christians created or labeled because they know they can't have sex, they can't think about sex.\n\nThey can blame it on a demon visiting them at night and making them have an o***** or making them ejaculate, or making them play with themselves and say, oh, it was the incubus and succubus that came to me.\n\nAnd I think that's where it came from.\n\nI'm not quite sure.\n\nBut this does not happen to you.\n\nWhen you are having sex on a regular basis or masturbating on a regular basis and releasing that sexual energy, you just don't have this happening.\n\nBut this is a normal occurrence for people who are repressed.\n\nAll right, so here are the feelings that you have when you are sexually repressed, you have discomfort with any form of nudity.\n\nI remember I was at a library, and there was a girl who had some type of garment on where all of her side of her breast was showing.\n\nI mean, I didn't have an issue with it.\n\nI wasn't uncomfortable at all.\n\nBut it was the librarian who called it out, and nobody seen her.\n\nI didn't see her, a lot of other people, and she's like, oh, you got to close up here.\n\nYou got to COVID your chest.\n\nAnd it's like her chest is covered.\n\nIt's just the side of her breast is out.\n\nAnd I'm like, leaving alone.\n\nLike, why is this an issue for you?\n\nNobody is tripping about this.\n\nAnd that's because I believe, like I said, when I see this stuff every day now, it's a lot of sexually repressed people, okay?\n\nThey got real issues with sex and nudity and stuff like that.\n\nAnd this is an older librarian woman who probably ain't getting none.\n\nI don't know what her sex life is about, but if you have any discomfort with any form of nudity, if a man walks around without his shirt on, you got a problem with that.\n\nIf a woman has her back out and you a man, you got a problem with that.\n\nAnd ladies, if you see a man with her his shirt off, you got a problem with that.\n\nThat's indicator of sexual repression.\n\nAnother way the way you feel is discomfort when sex scenes appear on TV or in movies.\n\nI remember my ex wife.\n\nThere was a scene where we were watching a Wolverine movie, and it was just a love scene where he was kissing a girl.\n\nHe was passionate, but it wasn't straight up intercourse, nothing like that.\n\nThis is a PG 13 movie, and my wife is extremely flustered by this.\n\nNot in a good way, but almost as if she's seen something that's immoral.\n\nIt was very disruptive to the movie.\n\nShe didn't disturb anybody around us, but her energy next to me, it felt very uneasy.\n\nI began to get upset with her behavior in response to this stuff because I'm like, I'm not even this sexually repressed, and this is f***** up.\n\nAnd we're married at this time.\n\nSo you got a problem with people on screen doing it.\n\nCome on.\n\nAnd this is why our sex life was f***** up, because of sexual repression.\n\nHere's a few more shame for having a desire for sex.\n\nSo if you just feel like, I'm h****, I want to have sex immediately.\n\nShame comes over you.\n\nHow dare you even feel that way?\n\nThat is not the will of God for your life.\n\nYou're not married.\n\nThis is for single people, obviously.\n\nYou have shame for having sexual fantasy.\n\nYou feel shame for having a wet dream.\n\nThey even make men feel bad about this.\n\nSo there's a Bible verse in the Old Testament.\n\nIt talks about if a man has it's a nocturnal remission, basically.\n\nIf he goes to sleep and he wakes up and he's Ejaculated on himself, he's unclean.\n\nHow is he unclean?\n\nHe just busted on himself.\n\nHe wash it off and move on.\n\nWhy is he has to now unclean?\n\nHe's a bad person or he has to sit somewhere for a while.\n\nThis is them just saying that this is wrong.\n\nLike, you f***** up, you came on yourself.\n\nOh my God.\n\nSo now semen is dirty.\n\nIt's unclean.\n\nDid anybody know what's inside semen?\n\nA bunch of proteins and a bunch of other DNA that makes life.\n\nThere is nothing unclean about semen.\n\nBut here comes the church and the Bible talking about you, unclean because you got some ejaculate on you from a fantasy dream that you had.\n\nCome on, man.\n\nAnother thing is the embarrassment when looked at by the opposite sex, even if you find them attractive.\n\nNow, I can say that some people are not attractive and they're looking at you.\n\nYou can like, I feel embarrassed, but the fact that you are embarrassed is an indication of sexual repression.\n\nThis happened to me often because I can recognize when women are attracted to me.\n\nI understand the body language and things like that.\n\nAnd in some cases I would feel embarrassed.\n\nI become self conscious, anxious and feeling, like, uneasy.\n\nAnd it's just a woman saying, I like what I see.\n\nAnother one is fear of attraction from the opposite sex because sexual energy is mysterious to you, it seems sinful.\n\nSo once again, back to that.\n\nSome women can feel like, this guy is looking at me, he's attracted to me, and he's projecting sexual energy.\n\nHe may even be thinking about sex when he's looking at her and she can feel that.\n\nAnd when she feels that energy, she gets to fear.\n\nAnd this is sexual.\n\nAnd I was told sex was wrong.\n\nAnd so he's looking at me in a way that is sexual.\n\nSo he's doing something wrong.\n\nHe's simple, I'm at fault, that I must be wearing something that is causing him to stumble, quote unquote.\n\nYou see?\n\nAnd all this s*** is going down because of this repression.\n\nIt's a f***** up thing.\n\nEmbarrassment when recognizing someone is attracted to you.\n\nAnd it's mutual.\n\nOkay?\n\nThat was one of my biggest struggles, and that was put on me long ago when I was in my late teens or so early.\n\nI'd say mid teens, early teens or whatever.\n\nBut when I was going to church, I remember connecting with a girl.\n\nWe both had a mutual thing.\n\nIt was beyond friendship.\n\nAnd we just would talk.\n\nAnd one day she gave me her number and my dad found out some kind of way, told me to tear it up and pretty much shamed me for even getting her number.\n\nNow, I never asked for a number, she just gave it to me.\n\nBut she was attempting to bring us together closer.\n\nWe could talk on the phone, maybe we can connect outside of the church or the Kingdom Hall, as they call it, the place we visited.\n\nAnd I was attracted to her and she was attracted to me.\n\nAnd it was a mutual thing.\n\nAnd that was me we cut off.\n\nAnd that programmed me to feel like any mutual attraction that I had after that was somehow wrong.\n\nAnd he told me the reason later on.\n\nHe said, I didn't want you having sex.\n\nSo you cut off a relationship that could have been used to help me understand women.\n\nLike, this is necessary.\n\nMen and women need to young men and women with boys and girls need to connect with one another to learn one another.\n\nAnd for you to tear that off for fear of me having sex, you ain't got no business to monitor my sex life.\n\nBut this is religion making him do this s***.\n\nAnd that f***** me up.\n\nAnd later on, when I'm out and about and I see a woman I'm mutually attracted to, and she's showing the same thing, this feeling I get, that is one embarrassment.\n\nI might even frown a little bit, and I know I'm doing it.\n\nAnd so that makes me even more, I guess, ashamed of myself because it's like, I'm f****** up.\n\nI hate this program that runs every time I see an attractive woman and she finds me attractive.\n\nLike, d***, and I hate this s***.\n\nAnd it comes from religion.\n\nIt's sexual repression.\n\nOnce again, like I said, sex starts way before intercourse, way before foreplay.\n\nJust flirting, just talking to another human being that you find attractive can be hindered by sexual repression.\n\nSo it can go further than that.\n\nWhen they flirt with you, you can feel like, oh, my God, something's terribly wrong now.\n\nAnd that's happened to me as well.\n\nI remember Starbucks barista was an older woman who was kind of cute.\n\nShe was flirting with me.\n\nI would come in, she would say these things to me.\n\nShe bought me a drink.\n\nAt one point, I was at another Starbucks.\n\nShe came in to get some supplies for the Starbucks she worked at, and she spoke with me.\n\nAnd I actually left Starbucks that she was working at because I felt uncomfortable.\n\nJust because she was flirting with me.\n\nAnd she wasn't doing anything harmful.\n\nShe wasn't being rude enough.\n\nAnd here I am not being able to deal with the energy of a woman liking me.\n\nIt was foul as h***.\n\nAnd I'm like, D***, man, this f****** sexual repression s***.\n\nAnd I didn't know at the time what it was.\n\nAnd if you end up flirting back, you could then later on feel embarrassed afterward because you feel like, what am I doing?\n\nI was engaging in flirtation sexual talk with the opposite sex.\n\nSee, this is sexual oppression.\n\nIt's f*****, man.\n\nAnd it hinders everything.\n\nSo finally, let's go over some actions that you will see in your life if you're sexually repressed.\n\nHere are some of the actions.\n\nYou will shame sexual expression of any kind.\n\nSo if somebody is masturbating, you will make fun of that.\n\nYou will shame that.\n\nTwo people having sex, you hear about it over here.\n\nYou'll shame that you're intolerant towards any form of sexual expression.\n\nSo art you see any type of nudity in art?\n\nAnybody is dressing in a way that is sexual.\n\nMusic.\n\nThat was a big thing.\n\nAny music that came on the radio we were told we couldn't listen to it because it was singing about sex.\n\nI remember my dad there was a scene in a movie called The Fifth Element.\n\nAnd I can't name the girls.\n\nHer name was Miller in real life.\n\nBut it's a scene in this movie where she's in the background taking her shirt off and her nipples are out or whatever.\n\nBut she had such a small chest, there was nothing really to see.\n\nAnd I remember me, my brother and my mother and my father were watching this and my dad immediately turns off the d*** video.\n\nAnd we're like, what the h***?\n\nAnd then he won't discuss it.\n\nHe won't discuss but it was because her breasts were out in the background.\n\nShe's not jiggling.\n\nThe t****** all on the camera.\n\nShe's not playing with herself with a titty.\n\nHer shirt off.\n\nIt's nothing.\n\nAnd it's just nudity.\n\nBut this is sexual oppression.\n\nThis is what happens to you.\n\nThis is how you start to feel about things.\n\nP***, obviously, is a big deal.\n\nThey look at p*** as the worst thing on the planet.\n\nIf you're sexually repressed, you will label sex as dirty, bad or wrong.\n\nAnd this is even things that have just reached into the vernacular of people who are not sexually repressed like doing the nasty or you're dirty or you're a s***.\n\nWhen they're having sex, they'll be saying all this stuff that comes from the church.\n\nSex is not dirty.\n\nIt's not bad, it's not filthy.\n\nBut this is what has become of sex because of the Catholic Church and other religions, all right?\n\nAnd so you're unable to speak about sex in direct terms.\n\nThis is like my father.\n\nHe would never talk about it directly.\n\nHe just cut the video off.\n\nI guess he made it run so that that part would go off.\n\nI remember another time it was worse.\n\nIt was a scene where she just popped up on the scene.\n\nIt was a strip club, some space strip club or something.\n\nAnd there's a woman shaking up t****** and she had these beautiful, round, full set of t******.\n\nHer nipples were protruding out.\n\nIt was a beautiful thing, just a beautiful thing.\n\nShe got to shaking them and it was just that bare chested.\n\nAnd he immediately cut the video off, ended the whole movie and walked off.\n\nHe didn't talk to us about it.\n\nNothing.\n\nHe didn't play the movie ever again after that.\n\nThis is how you are when you sexually repressed.\n\nI'm like, d***.\n\nReally?\n\nSome t******.\n\nThey're t******, man.\n\nThey're t******.\n\nSo secrecy surrounding sex and sexuality in the family.\n\nNobody want to talk about it.\n\nWe can't speak on about sex.\n\nWe can't talk about it.\n\nExcessive interest in sex.\n\nNow, this is the big one.\n\nSo if you catch anybody who's religious, always talking about sex and how dirty and wrong it is and condemning it, they sexually repressed.\n\nWhy are you talking about it so much?\n\nWhy are you always talking about sex?\n\nWhy are you always analyzing the latest movie that somehow features sex?\n\nWhy are you always talking about it?\n\nBecause they're so interested in it.\n\nThey're drawn to it because they're sexual beings.\n\nHere's another thing that you do when you are sexually repressed.\n\nYou avoid all images and people that could cause you arousal.\n\nAnd so this is something I was doing as a so called man of God back in the day to avoid masturbation and sexual arousal.\n\nWhen I see a woman that was sexually appealing, for most men, it don't take no more than half a second to scan a woman up and down from a distance to recognize that she's attractive.\n\nAnd usually what people do is once they see that, they take another look and another look and another look and another look and another look, because it's so attractive.\n\nHer body or face or hair, how she's carrying herself, what she's wearing.\n\nThis is so attractive.\n\nSo we knew, as so called men of God, to avoid looking at such women.\n\nIf there was a billboard with a sexually attractive woman on it, we would not look at that billboard.\n\nWe would train our eyes not to look.\n\nAnd it's a form of sexual repression.\n\nYou're trying not to experience arousal.\n\nAnd if you do catch yourself staring, you end up feeling ashamed.\n\nOh, my God.\n\nI was looking at her b**** the whole time, and I looked at her b***, and I just feel so ashamed now.\n\nI was in sin.\n\nOh, my God.\n\nThis is what happens to you now.\n\nAt one point, this s*** backfired on me real hard because some woman going to catch your eye.\n\nAnd because you've been repressing your sexuality for so long, trying your best not to look at sexual images of women or women in real life, eventually you're going to get caught.\n\nSo what happened to me?\n\nI remember I was at Belle Isle in Detroit, and there were some cheerleaders doing something for whatever, but they had the forms on them, six big old round behind and thick thighs or whatever, and one of them caught my eye, and here I am.\n\nI've been free from masturbation for about, I don't know, three months.\n\nAt this point.\n\nI went on and jacked off.\n\nI just was so overcome by this woman's body that I ended up losing my streak.\n\nBecause you can't help, but it's just some thighs in the b*** and she's just being herself out there.\n\nAnd I think nobody would explode like that.\n\nBut for somebody like myself who is hiding from sex all the time, this is sexual repression.\n\nYou built up energy.\n\nAnd so, like I said, eventually you can't help it.\n\nAnother form of sexual repression is the action that people take is extreme modesty.\n\nSo I've seen women, particularly my ex wife at one point covering up her nipples.\n\nSo she would put tape on her nipples so that they wouldn't protrude from under the shirt.\n\nWomen would wear clothes that don't highlight their figure or any of their features that would cause a man to stumble, quote unquote.\n\nSo women are taught that it's their responsibility to keep a man from lusting.\n\nAnd so they have to wear these clothes that don't highlight their body.\n\nAnd so a lot of baggy stuff, stuff that's not that attractive.\n\nAnd so if you see a woman wearing extremely modest clothes, most likely she has some form of sexual repression in some cases, okay?\n\nNow some women are just playing a role and they're freak.\n\nBut if you see a woman consistently wearing stuff that just like she don't show off her body, I know she got some cakes up under that.\n\nIt's an indicator of she feels she has to be modest.\n\nAnd she probably grew up under some religious, sexually oppressed environment.\n\nNow when you actually get down to having sex and this is finally we're going to get to the end here when you have consensual sex, you have difficulty enjoying yourself.\n\nEven though you're free to have it, especially if you're a religious person and you're married.\n\nEven though you're free to have it, you just can't enjoy it that much.\n\nWhy?\n\nBecause they taught long ago, too much pleasure is a sin.\n\nAnother thing which happened to me on my wedding night was something called vaginas.\n\nAnd that's when the woman's v***** will not open.\n\nAnd if you do get in there, it's painful for her.\n\nAnd we had this issue, I guess I would say about two months into the marriage.\n\nSo midday night, I couldn't even enter.\n\nThe door was locked.\n\nOkay.\n\nEventually we bought some they're not sex toys, but they're different sizes of entry tools to open up the v*****.\n\nSo here's a small one.\n\nYou put that in, kind of slide that in a little bit, and then you take it out, put another one in, and eventually you get up to the bigger size, which is the size of a male p****.\n\nAnd then we were able to have intercourse and still pain until that society, and then we were able to have sex even within that, it was a lot of need for lubrication.\n\nNow there could have been other reasons for that, but vaginastimus is a real thing, and it's usually connected to sexual repression.\n\nSex is supposed to be pleasurable.\n\nIt shouldn't be painful at all.\n\nThe v***** should be wet very well lubricated on its own.\n\nYou shouldn't need external lubrication unless she has a medical problem.\n\nSo the body is basically saying, hey, it's wrong to have sex.\n\nDon't let this p**** go inside your v*****.\n\nAnd so it's doing that.\n\nIt's trying to keep you out.\n\nAnd even though the woman may want to have sex, her body has been programmed, her subconscious has been programmed to deny entry.\n\nHere's another one.\n\nWhen you're having sex, you're unable to go deep sexually with your partner.\n\nAnd I'm not talking about stroking deep, but on a spiritual and mental level.\n\nYou stay on the surface for fear of losing yourself in ecstasy.\n\nBut also connection.\n\nSee, you don't want to connect because you feel like this deep connection.\n\nAnd now all that pleasure is somehow taking you away from God.\n\nThat sexual repression, that work, preventing you from having the best experience, the full experience that you deserve.\n\nAnother thing that happens is minimal or limited arousal and erections.\n\nAnd some would say, oh, this is erectile dysfunction.\n\nTechnically it could be called that, but I remember just how I know my size of my p****.\n\nBut then there's this limited size that happens sometimes.\n\nI'm like, why?\n\nI know my s*** gets harder and bigger than this.\n\nWhy is it this size now when I'm having sex?\n\nThat's connected to sexual repression.\n\nSo your p**** size could be, say, seven inches, right?\n\nBut it only maxes out at like 5.5 and it's not that hard.\n\nWhat's up with that?\n\nNow, we could say, oh, it's a blood flow issue, you need to go to the doctor.\n\nThere's a bunch of other reasons maybe not sexually aroused by your partner, but it could also be connected to sexual oppression.\n\nMeaning your body is not trying to have this full experience.\n\nIt's not trying to be super aroused because it doesn't want to get deep into sex like that.\n\nIt doesn't want to have a good time.\n\nSo you get this semi erect p**** that can enter in but not really get the work done.\n\nAnd so for the women, they won't be as wet because of repression.\n\nAnd then, of course, at the end of all of this, there's guilt and negative feelings after sex or masturbation.\n\nSex is just not going to be that pleasurable because of this repression.\n\nThat's the case.\n\nThat's the case of what we're dealing with.\n\nAnd it's f*****.\n\nIt's f***** up.\n\nBut if you listen to my next broadcast on this, you'll find ways of fixing all of this and experiencing sex the way you should and being free.\n\nSo stay tuned to next time.\n\nIf you like this broadcast, I want you to like it, share it, comment, rate this podcast and continue
